Our standard shipping service for all apparel items offers an estimated delivery period of 15 working days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery timelines are approximate and subject to change due to courier operational delays, international customs clearance procedures, severe weather events, regional logistical limitations and public holiday schedules across different countries and regions.

Once your apparel order is dispatched and handed over to our authorized logistics provider, you will receive an official email notification containing full dispatch details and a unique tracking code. Please note that tracking system data will not update instantly after shipment. Real-time tracking information will be activated and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the package leaves our facility.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
